What if I forgot to place a reservation? Do you take same day orders?
You bet we do! If you've arrived at your vacation home and didn't place an order, please give us a call and we will do our best to have everything you need delivered as quickly as we can.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes! You can cancel without penalty as long as you give us at least a few of days notice before we deliver the equipment to your home or vacation home! If you cancel after we deliver, you will be billed for a delivery charge of approximately $20 depending on size of order. Are bicycle helmets necessary?
Helmets are compulsory for children under 12 years of age. If you are not bringing your own helmets, please be sure to ask and we'll include one with any bike, trailer or bike seat rental.
